SHIPPING POLICY
We currently deliver orders across India.
Order Processing
Orders are normally processed and dispatched within [1–2 business days] after order confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time after dispatch is:
• Kerala: [2–4 business days]
• Other parts of India: [4–8 business days]
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to the delivery location, courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment. We offer free shipping on orders above ₹[2000].
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be sent to the email address or phone number provided during checkout. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.
Address and Contact Information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, PIN code and phone number. Please contact us as soon as possible if any information needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order has been dispatched.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partner may contact you to complete the delivery. If an order cannot be delivered because the customer is unavailable, the address is incorrect or delivery is refused, the package may be returned to us.
Any charges for reshipping a returned order may need to be paid by the customer. For prepaid orders that are returned to us, applicable shipping and return-to-origin charges may be deducted from the refund where permitted.
Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Products
Please inspect your package after delivery. If you receive a damaged, missing or incorrect product, contact us within [48 hours] of delivery at [support email/WhatsApp number].
Please provide your order number and clear photographs or an unedited package-opening video showing the package, shipping label and product. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please contact us. We will coordinate with the courier partner and assist you. An order will be treated as lost only after the courier partner completes its investigation and confirms the loss.

We currently do not offer international shipping.
