Customers are requested to carefully review the product details, size, colour, and other information before placing an order.

Orders

An order is considered confirmed once it has been successfully placed and payment has been completed.

Once an order is confirmed:

The order cannot be modified.
The order cannot be cancelled by the customer.

Peekapaya reserves the right to accept or reject an order where reasonably necessary.

Pricing & Payments

All prices displayed on the Peekapaya website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

Payments must be completed through the payment methods available at checkout.

In the event of an obvious pricing, technical, or system error, Peekapaya reserves the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.

Order Cancellation by Peekapaya

In rare situations, Peekapaya may need to cancel an order due to circumstances such as:

Suspected fraudulent or suspicious activity
An unforeseen issue that prevents us from fulfilling the order

If Peekapaya cancels an order after payment has been received, the amount paid will be fully refunded to the original payment method.

Shipping & Delivery

Peekapaya currently delivers within India.

Shipping timelines, delivery estimates, tracking information, and related conditions are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Replacements & Refunds

Replacements are available only in accordance with our Return, Replacement & Refund Policy.

Eligible replacement requests include situations where:

A damaged product is received
An incorrect product is received
A size different from the ordered size is received

Peekapaya does not offer direct refunds for customer preference, change of mind, or other non-eligible reasons.

Where an approved replacement is unavailable or out of stock, a refund will be processed to the original payment method according to our Return, Replacement & Refund Policy.

Size exchanges for the same product may also be requested under our Cancellation, Replacement & Refund Policy, subject to size availability and approval. Change-of-mind exchanges for a different colour, design or product are not accepted.
