How do I choose the right size?
Please check the size guide shown on each product page before ordering. Children of the same age can have different measurements, so we recommend choosing based on your child’s measurements rather than age alone. If your child is between sizes, choosing the next size up usually gives a more comfortable fit.
Are your clothes comfortable for children?
We select our styles with children’s comfort and everyday movement in mind. Fabric and product details are listed on each product page so you can check the material before buying.
Will the colour look exactly like the photos?
We try to show every product as accurately as possible. A small colour difference may occur because of lighting, photography, or your phone and screen settings.
How should I wash the clothes?
Always follow the care label attached to the garment. In general, use a gentle wash with similar colours and avoid strong bleach. Special care instructions, when needed, will be mentioned on the product page.
How will I know that my order is confirmed?
After a successful order, you will receive an order confirmation by email or SMS using the contact details provided at checkout. Please check your spam folder if you do not see the email.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we will send you the tracking details by email or SMS. It may take a short time for the courier’s tracking page to show the first update.
How long will delivery take?
Delivery time depends on your location and is shown in our Shipping Policy. Orders may take slightly longer during sales, public holidays, severe weather, or other courier delays.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We will try to help before the order is packed or shipped, but changes or cancellation may not be possible after dispatch.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Return and exchange eligibility, timelines, and conditions are explained in our Return Policy. Please read it before ordering and keep the item unused, unwashed, and with its original tags and packaging if you need to make a request.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Please contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos or an unboxing video of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and help you with the appropriate resolution.
What payment methods do you accept?
The available payment options are shown securely at checkout. Depending on your store setup, these may include UPI, cards, net banking, wallets, or Cash on Delivery.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
If Cash on Delivery is available for your delivery location, it will appear as an option at checkout. Availability may depend on the PIN code, order value, and courier serviceability.
