Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after order confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

Kerala: 2–4 business days
Other parts of India: 4–8 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to location, courier delays, weather, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment. We offer free shipping on orders above ₹2,000.

6. Return Eligibility

Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with their original tags and packaging. Please contact us within the return period shown on your order confirmation.

7. Non-returnable Items

Items marked as final sale, personalised products, and items that show signs of use, washing, damage, or missing tags are not eligible for return.
